Tips for Homemade Hamburger:
- If you prefer McDonal’s style patty, make sure to press the patty down in the patty in the pan by using a spatula. When the ground beef is cooked, it shrinks in diameter and becomes thicker. So if you prefer the thin style, press it down while cooking. It will stay flat, and need less cooking time.
- If you do not have chopped onion, no problem, use 2 tbsp onion powder for the beef patties.
- I personally prefer to add a little bit mayo on the bun, it taste so much better.
- If you prefer melted cheese, add the chess on top of the patty for 10 seconds before take the patties out of the pan.
